Logistics4Pharma is a young, growth-oriented company. As we further develop our Europe network, we’re always on the lookout for people with experience in pharma-logistics, or the wider pharmaceuticals field.

Customer Service Specialist - International Clients (f/m/d): We are looking for new team members to support our customers and partners worldwide.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for international customers, oversee shipments across national borders, and coordinate with partners, customs authorities, and our offices. Experience in logistics or customer service is a plus.

Customer Service Specialist - Pharma Logistics & Customs (f/m/d): We are looking to expand our customer service team in pharmaceutical logistics—full-time or part-time.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, coordinate shipments, and maintain a clear overview even when handling multiple inquiries simultaneously. Experience in logistics or customer service is a plus, but not required.
